    1. Purpose and Applicability

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes rights California residents may have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the CCPA), and other California privacy laws.

The CCPA applies only to businesses that meet statutory requirements. Nothing in this notice waives an exemption or expands a law beyond its terms. Even when a specific law does not apply, we will consider reasonable privacy requests.

    2. Categories of Personal Information

We collect information from you, client or employer representatives, service providers, devices and browsers, and relevant public or professional sources. We retain each category only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

    3. Disclosure, Sale, and Sharing

We may disclose the categories above to service providers, contractors, advisers, clients or project participants, and authorities for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

    4. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA. Payment-card information is handled by payment providers and used only to process transactions.

    5. California Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may request:

    • Access to categories or specific pieces of personal information.
    • Information about sources, purposes, and recipient categories.
    • Correction of inaccurate personal information.
    • Deletion of eligible personal information.
    • Opt-out of sale or sharing. We do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
    • Limitation of certain uses of sensitive personal information, when applicable.
    • Non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

    6. Opt-Out Preference Signals

Where required, we treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device that sends the signal. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information, processing the signal does not change our stated practices.

    7. How to Submit a Request

Use our Privacy Request page, email ruben@delvistainspections.com with the subject "Privacy Request," or call (909) 910-0929. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to locate relevant records. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, or complete payment-card information.

We will verify requests to the degree appropriate to the information requested. If we cannot verify a request or an exception applies, we will explain the result when required. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority.
